GetLMD with Checksum Capability

GetLMD (build 64, February 26, 2017) source code is here for Linux (32/64-bit), Mac (64-bit), and Windows (32-bit) now has the ability to calculate 8-bit, 16-bit, 32-bit, and 64-bit checksums over nested folders, in addition to LMD, LMD2, LMD3, LMD7, and LMD8. Precompiled binaries included. See readme.txt or run it (getlmd64 for X64 Linux, getlmd32 for X86 Linux, or getlmd.exe for Windows) for syntax instructions. As with LMDx, checksums are evaluated as though the file is a multiple of the checksum width, padded with high 0 bytes.
